Sahakaar handles all kind of Loan operations, Printing Loan Ledger, and Automatic Interest Calculations. Sahakaar has integrated General Accounting Module with Cash-Bank Book, Journal Entries, General Ledgers, Trial Balance, Day Book, Fix Deposit, Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet etc. The system features fully secured database with role-based security implementations.

Sahakaar provides centralized processes at the Head Office level where servers are hosted, including Product open, Branches open, Interest Table, Membership acceptance, Interest Application, Branches Monitoring, Customer communication, printout and reminders etc. The system enables individual branch's Balance sheet, Day Book and Profit & Loss Statement generation every day. All branches are centralized so there is no need to send any reports from branches - Head Office can browse and takeout all reports at HO for any Branch at real time, also generating consolidated reports like P&L, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet at real time. The system includes Message Broadcasting feature where HO can broadcast standard and customized messages to one or more branches, and comprehensive Advisor Commission structure with detailed reports.

Customer Services & Mobile Applications

Sahakaar provides customer login facility allowing customers to check their account status online, pull information like Balance, Mini Statements, Interest Rates etc. The system includes a comprehensive Member App for Loan and Deposit operations, featuring Mobile Application for Loan Disperse and Payment Receipt with different types of Loan Accounts like Personal, Vehicle, Gold Loan, Property Loan etc. The app includes Aadhar/Pan Verification through API, CBill Checking through API, ENach or Cash Payment option Creation and EMI maintenance, Loan Ledger Display, Loan Schedule Display, and Direct Entry in Software when E-Nach success Info is received. Members can also view Deposit details like RD, DDS if they have accounts, and make payments through Mobile with help of Payment Gateway API. The Mobile App is connected with Sahakaar Software and optionally connected with WhatsApp or Normal Messaging if Customer Requires. The Advisor App enables Member Creation with Selfie, Document Scan like Aadhar/Pan etc., List of Deposit Account/Loan Account to Receive Payment Creation by Advisor, Monthly Business Done by Advisor Report, Day Book Report, and Other Reports required by Customer. With heavy transaction requiring maker and checker authorization, secure Login Id and Password, User Management change facility at HO Level only, Sahakaar ensures complete security and control over banking operations.
