Container Master is used to store orders based on Contract Number. Each Contract Number can contain multiple items and quantities. Orders can be entered manually or uploaded through Excel, providing flexibility in order entry and bulk data import capabilities.

3. Item Master (Item Definition & Configuration)

Item Master stores all items/products used in the industry. Items can be added manually or through Excel upload. A single Excel file with multiple sheets can be uploaded to reuse old item data including components and machine sequences, ensuring data consistency and reducing setup time.

4. Component Master (Production Breakdown)

Component Master stores component details, machine sequences, and images. Users can review, edit, and create new components. Machine/process sequence can be defined for each component, providing detailed production breakdown and workflow definition.

5. Job Card Generation

Using data from Container Master, Item Master, and Component Master, the system generates Job Cards. Job cards include contract details, item and component information, machine sequence, quantities, and images. Job cards are printable, providing clear instructions for production workers.

6. Wood Issue & Material Allocation

Based on job cards, wood/material is issued from store to production. Wood issue is calculated using component-wise CFT and item quantity. This ensures accurate material consumption tracking and prevents material wastage or shortage.

7. Production & Department Process Flow

A process window allows departments to update production progress. Wood issue to assembly and further department entries are tracked. Admin receives real-time reporting, ensuring complete visibility of production status across all departments.

The comprehensive reporting system includes:

  • Wood Component Report: Item-wise wood usage and CFT details for material consumption analysis

  • Component Closing Report: Component usage and production status tracking

  • Production Status Report: Department-wise progress and job card tracking for operational visibility
